As a small business, we rely on our appointments to keep our business running and to provide quality service to all of our clients. When appointments are cancelled last minute or missed entirely, it can have a significant impact on our operations. 

Therefore, we have implemented a cancellation policy that includes a fee for appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or missed altogether. This fee will be 50% of the cost of the missed appointment due on your next visit. 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy. We strive to provide the best service possible to all of our clients and your support helps us to continue to do so.
